Funding
Our costs are met by kind and generous support from Foundations, Trusts, corporates and individuals. We do not receive any government or states funding. We are always grateful for any donations received.
We are a local charity founded in 1999 by parents to offer friendship, support and advice to other parents, families and friends who have, or are involved with, a child with a special need.
Every child is unique and each family has a different experience.
The families we support have children with a wide range of special needs, some with a diagnosis and some without. It doesn’t matter to us what special need a child has, we welcome any family or friend who would like friendship, support and/or advice.
We understand what it is like to have a child with special needs.
We are here when families and friends need support and advice.
We are here when a friend is needed.
